MEI's
Ambient and Cryogenically Ground Rubber Process:
Ambient:
-
Employs liquid nitrogen to freeze (-320 F) and embrittle
rubber. The cold rubber is fractured into uniformly and
finely ground
mesh powder.
-
Does not lose or change any of its chemical or physical properties.
-
Imparts no impurities to the rubber being ground.
-
No possibility for surface oxidation, due to the nitrogen
grinding medium.
